Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

To make purchasing from our store a breeze, we offer a plethora of payment options which are listed below.   You can also find a list of payment icons in the footer of our website.

American Express, Apple Pay, Diner's Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard , PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.  If your refund is taking unusually long, please contact us by clicking here.  

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just click here and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

Confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you can't find your order confirmation, you may want to check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us by clicking here.

Why has my order been canceled?

We will always contact you if there is a problem with your order or if your order needs to be cancelled.  Please check your email for a message from our customer service department.  If you have not received any correspondence from us, we vehemently apologize for the inconvenience, and you cant get in touch with us by clicking here.  

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between placing your order and when we start processing. If you contact us shortly after ordering, by clicking here, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.  We highly recommend calling us, instead of emailing, so we can make sure we get to your order as soon as possible. If not, we’ll despatch your order and you can return it to us upon arrival.  

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve begun processing. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online or contact us here to cancel your current order.

When will my order arrive?

Orders shipped within the U.S. will generally be delivered within three to ten days depending on your preferred shipping method and your distance from our facility.  Please get in touch by clicking here if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales or if your order is international, and we will check your order status.  You can also monitor shipping status and delivery times by using the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation.  

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide.  Depending on your country's laws regarding chemicals, we may be unable to ship to your location or may have difficulty getting your order shipped out.  You will need to check your country's restrictions for the items you wish to purchase to make sure you are allowed to purchase them.  We primarily sell within the US, Canada, and New Zealand, so we are less familiar with shipping to most other countries.  

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will depend on the physical size of your order, your location, and your chosen shipping method.  If your order value is more than $75, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide email updates through every stage of your order. In your delivery confirmation email, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.  If for some reason you cannot track your order or did not receive a shipping comfirmation, please contact us here.  

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may return or exchange your item to us within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.  The item must be in sellable conditon or we may apply a restocking fee of 15%.  Depending on the situation, the buyer may be liable for the return shipping costs.  If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us by clicking here.  

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by clicking here. Providing the return is within the 30-day return period and meets our return criteria, we will begin processing the request within 24 hours.  

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your order.  In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team, by clicking here, with the details. We’ll usually respond within 24 hours. If you just don’t like the product or changed your mind, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on your location, the carrier, and shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.  If your return is taking an unusual amount of time, please contact us by clicking here so we can check the status of your return.

Purchasing/Distribution

Can I buy your products in a store?

Yes!  We highly encourage purchasing from our distributors.  To find a trusted distributor in your area, please navigate to our store locator by clicking here or scrolling up to the main menu.

How do I become a distributor?

If you would like to sell IES products, please contact us by clicking here and we would be happy to add another trusted distributor to our list!
